RFQ Details

I am looking for a reliable company that can supply ambulance vehicles to government of Kenya through the ministry of health. Ministry of health procurement procedure: 1: Seller sends the company profile and registration documents the broker. 2: Broker submits the sellers company documents to the procurement team fo verification of the existence of the company. The company must be a registered and fully operating for a minimum of Three years. 3: The ministry of health Kenya sends a letter of intent to the seller, expressing their interest to work with the company. 4: seller signs the LOI upon coming into agreement to supply the specifications. 5: Buyer ( ministry of health) sends invitation letter to the seller and visa to come to the ministry of health to sign the contract. Payment terms: Once the seller has a sign the contract, at the ministry of health 30% TT will be wired to his account for mobilization of the products 2: Once the seller has prepared all the goods ready for shipment, the ministry of health will send representatives for inspection of the products. 3 : Once the goods are at the loading Port 40% TT will be wired to Sellers account 4: Remaining 30% TT will be wired to Sellers account once the goods are at the port of Mombasa Kenya.
